CNC Enhancements, Inc. Autobar Series of Automatic Bar Loaders, Hydroturn Series and Hydro Cool Systems are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. This limited warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts and workmanship only. All warranted parts shall be returned to CNC Enhancements, Inc, Canoga Park, CA at the buyer's expense. It is expressly understood between the parties that CNC Enhancements, Inc. shall in no event be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE WITH RESPECT TO THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF DEFECTIVE GOODS OR PARTS OR COMPONENTS IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR INTENDED OR OTHER PURPOSE OF USE.

All wear items such as o-rings, seals, valves, air cylinders and rubber components are not covered under this warranty. Any component damaged at the time of installation, or component that fails due to installation or operation error is not covered under this warranty. Any component that fails due to lack of maintenance is not covered under this warranty. Refer to the instruction manual provided for the proper method of installation, operation, and maintenance.

CNC Enhancements, Inc. agrees to provide technical support via telephone and/or fax for your new Autobar Bar Loader. This is for a period of three years from the date of shipment. Most issues can be quickly worked through providing a minimal amount of down time. Technical support via telephone and/or fax is available at no charge to the original purchaser of the Autobar Bar Loader. This support is available 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday PST (excluding holidays).

If after following instructions in the manual, and working with the technical service personnel at CNC Enhancements, Inc. your problem has still not been resolved, CNC Enhancements, Inc. or the selling dealer will send a service engineer to your facility. This service is provided for 12 months after the purchase of a new Autobar Bar Loader. It is up to the customer to pay all travel expenses. A purchase order must be issued for the travel expense prior to the scheduling of the service.

This limited warranty does not cover any freight damages. It is the purchaser's responsibility to file any freight damage claims with the carrier.

Improper installation shall void all parts of this warranty. Electrical components are not covered until the completion of installation. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover all parts and freight for parts damaged during installation.
